8、 Qualification requirements of suppliers:
Potential suppliers who intend to participate in the bidding of the project shall meet the supplier qualification conditions in Article 22 of the government procurement law of the people's Republic of China;
Only domestic brands are accepted to participate in the bidding;
3. Qualification requirements for suppliers of the bidding project:
3.1 the supplier has been established for not less than 3 years and is a non wholly foreign-owned or foreign holding enterprise.
3.2 if the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different suppliers with direct holding and management relationship, they shall not participate in the procurement activities of the same package at the same time. If the production site of a production-oriented enterprise is at the same address and the shareholders of a sales-oriented enterprise are related, it shall be regarded as having a direct holding and management relationship.
