1. Requirements for ambient light

Although the brightness of LCD splicing screen is very high, it is still limited after all. For example, the brightness of Samsung LCD splicing screen can be displayed as 700 brightness and 450 brightness, so the light around the installation environment can not be too strong. If it is too strong, the picture on the screen may not be seen. The possible light (such as windows) near the screen shall be blocked if necessary. At the same time, it is best to turn off the light when the equipment is running to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. Do not install a lamp directly in front of the screen, just install a barrel lamp. In this way, the display screen will be more bright.

2. Selection of installation ground

The installation ground selected for splicing screen shall be flat, because the whole system of large screen splicing is relatively large in both volume and weight. The selected ground also needs to have a certain weight bearing capacity. If the ground is ceramic tile, it may not be able to bear its weight. Another thing to note is that the installation ground should be anti-static.

3. Ventilation requirements

In the maintenance channel, air conditioner or air outlet must be installed to ensure good ventilation of the equipment. The air outlet shall be located as far away from the LCD splicing wall as possible and kept at about 1m as far as possible. At the same time, the air at the air outlet cannot be blown directly against the box to avoid damage to the screen due to uneven cold and heat.

4. Framework requirements

We generally require that the frame edging must be removable edging, which is more convenient for the maintenance of LCD splicing screen in the future. About 25mm gap shall be reserved between the inner edge of the outer frame and the outer edge of the splicing wall, and the allowance shall be appropriately increased for large splicing wall according to the number of columns. In addition, in order to enter the box for maintenance in the later stage, the maintenance channel is not less than 1.2m wide in principle. The removable edge strip should be pressed 3-5mm against the edge of the screen. After the box and the screen are completely installed in place, the removable edge strip can be fixed finally.
